KG532 12DK Thermostatic Mixing Valve and Wall Frame Kit
The Kopfgescheit KG532 12DK mixes hot and cold water and automatically maintains the selected outlet temperature. The kit combines a KG532 12D thermostatic mixing valve with a wall mounting frame.

Controlled water temperature
The KG532 12DK thermostatic mixer prepares water at the temperature selected on its control handle. It adjusts the hot and cold water mixture as supply conditions change, making it suitable for sensor faucets and washroom water supplies.
Installation and connections
The kit combines a KG532 12D thermostatic mixing valve with a wall mounting frame. The unit has 1/2-inch connections. It can serve up to five outlets where the available flow and system design allow.
Temperature setting and protection
The adjustment range is 20–50°C. A stop at 38°C helps prevent an accidentally high setting; the release button allows adjustment beyond this point. Inlet filters and non-return valves are fitted on the hot and cold water connections.
Construction and maintenance
The body and thermostatic cartridge are made from brass. The accessible temperature handle allows staff to set the water supply for downstream taps. Follow the installation instructions and keep the inlet filters clean to maintain correct operation.
