Controlled water temperature

The KG 532 12D thermostatic mixer prepares water at the temperature selected on its control handle. It adjusts the hot and cold water mixture as supply conditions change, making it suitable for sensor faucets and washroom water supplies.

Installation and connections

Designed for exposed installation with a three-point mounting system. The unit has 1/2-inch connections. It can serve up to five outlets where the available flow and system design allow.

Temperature setting and protection

The adjustment range is 20–50°C. A stop at 38°C helps prevent an accidentally high setting; the release button allows adjustment beyond this point. Inlet filters and non-return valves are fitted on the hot and cold water connections.

Construction and maintenance

The body and thermostatic cartridge are made from brass. The accessible temperature handle allows staff to set the water supply for downstream taps. Follow the installation instructions and keep the inlet filters clean to maintain correct operation.
